Our online booking and purchasing system will walk you through creating your own login and password. We kindly ask that IF YOU ARE A CURRENT PATIENT at YAO Clinic, that you use the email address you have associated with your account with us. That way if you purchase a gift card for someone or for yourself or just want to book the appointment, everything will drop right into your present account here at YAO! PLEASE NOTE FOR BOOKING SERVICES: If you are booking a service, you will be prompted to select a date and time. You will NOT be shown a selection of practitioners, so please put in the section that says "Have any other preferences" whom you would like to see. If it auto selects a practitioner different than you would like, we will make note and will give you a call as soon as we receive your booking to find the next best time with the practitioner you desire. When your booking is complete, you will receive an email confirmation within an hour of the booking. If for some reason, you do NOT receive a confirmation email, please phone us promptly at 303-777-7891 OR email us at patient@yaoclinic.com. If you are new to YAO, we will call you to collect your credit card info in order to hold your appointment. Until we receive your credit information, we will be unable to hold the appointment for you. FOR GIFT CERTIFICATES: If you complete the recipients email for them to receive notification of the gift card purchase, they will indeed receive an email; however if you are ever concerned or have any questions as to whether it went through, please don't hesitate to call us and we can check: 303-777-7891
